Shipping & Delivery
We use an external delivery service to send orders within Phnom Penh. If you order in the morning, we will be delivered to you in the afternoon. For the afternoon order, we will be delivering to you the next morning.
We also do deliver across all cities and provinces within Cambodia. To send the package to other provinces and cities outside of PP, you are required to make full payment first via ABA or Wing/TrueMoney/Emoney, before we arrange for delivery. For all orders to other cities and provinces, you can either choose the following as your preferred delivery method:

– Virak Buntham
– Soriya Bus.
– J&T Express
– Kerry Express

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Most of our orders are shipped within 20 Days of purchase. Please allow 18 to 20 days in addition to promotions, holidays, or other times where all U.S. b
usiness activities are impacted. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping to select international customers. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-10 business days of its ship date.
Please be aware that all international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. If for any reason you do not accept the order at customs, you will be responsible for paying return fees. We appreciate you shopping with UE Fashions.
UE Fashions does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package
